Doctor Black was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained the results of my eye exam thoroughly.

Dr. Black was amazing!! Im always nervous when I go to the Dr's. but the office at white pine care and Alicia made it feel welcoming. Dr. Black explained everything on a level that I could understand.

Alicia was also amazing!! When it was time for me to pick out glasses she was right there handing me glasses and helping me pick them out. She made that process so easy and she was helpful.

They get to know you on a personal level and not just another patient. I also enjoyed the esthetic and vibe of the office. I never leave review but I had to for this place. Im so glad I found white pine eye care. Hopefully a place for life.

Excellent and knowledgeable optometrist.

A few weeks back I brought a friend here to get an exam done and new glasses (which were done same day! Literally 10 mins and they were done) and left with such a positive experience I decided to try them out myself. I’ve struggled to find an optometrist that I felt listened and thoroughly explained things during the exam, not only did Dr. Black and Alicia meet every expectation i’ve been missing out on, they went above and beyond! I was explained what was going on, what the exam showed, and FINALLY have an eye prescription that I feel comfortable with. When he did the “this is your script in your current glasses, and this is your new script” I got goose bumps with how good I was able to see. Not only that, he came out after and helped me find a pair of glasses that fit my face well but also fit my preferences. I had my stepson with me too who loves to chat and ask questions and they kept him entertained the whole time! I will recommend this office over and over again. So grateful for their amazing service. I had my appointment on a friday and received my glasses that very next week wednesday. They only had one of the lens’ for my script otherwise I would’ve left the office with my glasses that day (which is an incentive, not a must). We also expected my scripted sunglasses to take over a week and I got them that wednesday as well!​​​​​​​
